The building features 738 climate-controlled units on four floors, state-of-the-art security and access control systems. An attractive addition to the Great American Self-Storage portfolio, construction is scheduled to commence in the summer of 2022 and occupancy is planned for the summer/fall of 2023.

New Orleans Hospitality, Chartres and Mandeville Streets, New Orleans, Louisiana

A conversion of a residential and commercial compound comprised of five buildings to a Bed & Breakfast with event space. The project involved the renovation and interior design of the rooms to create stylish modern guest accommodations. Each room and unit was designed and furnished to reflect the vibrant city beyond the walls of the compound using bold colors and patterns and Mardi Gras themes. The surrounding gardens, pool and courtyard were enhanced, creating places for guests to relax and unwind.

CubeSmart, 3807 White Lake Boulevard, Naples, Florida

A ground-up development of 130,000 square feet self-storage facility located in North Naples, This 100% climate-controlled facility is situated at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Collier Boulevard. It features 1,001 units on two floors. Storage Development Partners, LLC consulted on all aspects of the project from site selection and acquisition to design and construction and management oversight. Construction was completed in 2017 and the General Contractor, Gates Butz International, won the coveted Sand Dollar Award in 2018 for excellence in construction.

Adventureland Drive Self Storage, 435 Adventureland Drive NE, Altoona, Iowa

A ground-up development of a 43,000 square feet self-storage facility located in the booming Des Moines suburb of Altoona, The property was completed in 2017. It features 236 storage units with a mix of interior and exterior access and climate and non-climate controlled units. It is currently managed by Storage Development Partners, LLC who was responsible for site selection, design and construction and arranging the financing. Land adjacent to the property comprising 2.24 Acres was purchased for expansion and use as RV and boat storage.

Cubesmart, 950 E McNab Road, Pompano Beach, Florida

A ground-up development of 118,041 square feet mixed-use building located in Pompano Beach. The property includes 100,000 square of self-storage and 8,000 square feet of class A office/retail with an outdoor plaza and landscaped promenade. Its stunningly modern design and sleek skin set it apart from its peers. Construction is slated to commence late summer of 2019. Storage Development Partner’s LLC was heavily involved in the entitlement, design and financing stages as a consultant to the developer and client.

Limited Service Hotel, U.S. Highway 441, Cherokee, North Carolina

A four-story ground-up development located a short walking distance to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. The design is tailored to take advantage of the natural contour of the land, views and access to the river. The project involves the construction of a 128-room hotel on undeveloped land totaling over 9.512 acres. The all-suites limited-service hotel will be branded and positioned as an upper-moderate all-suites brand that delivers stylish, and inspiring spaces to travelers at a great value. This means spacious suites, exceptional service and reliability, and distinctive meeting spaces at an affordable price. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and high-speed internet access. The hotel will feature 128 guestroom suites, a breakfast area, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, lobby with workstation and sundry shop, laundry, outdoor amenities including a picnic area, dog walk, and beautifully landscaped riverwalk with access to fishing and tubing. Occupancy is slated for late 2020.

Comfort Inn and Suites, Sutton Road, Fort Mill, South Carolina

A four-story ground-up development located in the growth corridor of South Carolina comprised of 95 guestrooms and suites, lobby, café, fitness center and pool. This 70, 000 square feet limited-service hotel is situated along Interstate 77 and is designed for the business and vacation traveler seeking all of the comforts of a mid-scale limited service hotel. As an Owner, Developer, and Choice franchisee, Josie is responsible for development, financing and is the financing liaison for the ownership team. The hotel is slated to open in the summer of 2020.
