Josephine (Josie) Hart
Josephine (Josie) Hart is a seasoned business executive and philanthropist.
Ms. Hart started her own real estate and business development company from National Land Partners, LLC, one of the country’s oldest buyers and sellers of recreational land, and its affiliate Inland Management where she served as Chief Executive Officer from 2005-2014.
Prior to joining National Land Partners, Ms. Hart enjoyed a distinguished career with International Business Machines where she held numerous financial positions in the United States and Europe. She started her career there as a financial analyst in the Real Estate and Construction Division and rose to Director of Software Pricing. In that capacity, she was responsible for all software product pricing and strategies. Ms. Hart also served as Director of Global Customer Offerings (Paris, France) and oversaw the company’s special bid organization for its top global accounts with over $6 billion in transactions each year.
Ms. Hart has acted as advisor to several startups and made early stage investments in the areas of real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and hospitality.
She holds an MBA from New York City’s Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a Masters of Architecture from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, and a BA from Rice University, Houston, Texas.
Ms. Hart served as a Vice Chair and Trustee of Northfield Mount Hermon School, Gill, MA for ten years and is the President of the National American Athlete Association, Boca Raton, FL . She is also a Corporate Board member at both the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County, FL and Bearwaters Brewing Company, Canton, NC. Ms. Hart was recently named one of “100 Outstanding Women of Broward County”, 2016 and is the 2019 recipient of “The Lamplighter Award” the highest award given for extraordinary service to Northfield Mount Hermon School.

Dave Fegley
Dave Fegley and Josephine Hart co-founded Storage Development Partners, LLC in 2014.
Together they have collaborated on over 500,000 SF of self-storage feasibility studies, acquisitions and
developments.
Dave has a 35-year track record in the self-storage industry. He is an Industry leader in the development, construction and management of self-storage facilities across the United States. Dave has served as consultant and/or developer and owner on over 60 self-storage projects with a combined total of over 3,800,000 square feet of storage.
Dave began his career in property development in 1974, building and operating multi-family housing developments throughout the Midwest. He began purchasing, developing and constructing self-storage investment properties in 1986 by building Clive Mini Storage and Fleur Mini Storage.
As President of Public Mini Storage, LLC, he developed, built and operated tens of thousands of square feet of self-storage facilities across Des Moines and Clive, Iowa. He has been a developer and owner of several property types including a multi-tenant commercial strip center in Clive, IA, multi tenant commercial building in Des Moines, IA, a multi-bay car wash in Des Moines, IA, and a multi-tenant commercial facility in Grimes, Iowa.
